licence and product #s to download Desktop Pro 2021 to another laptop

Can someone please tell me how I get my licence and product # so I can download my QB to a new laptop and flip my back file from old laptop to new?

Run your QB on the old machine, open a file, and hit f2 key. You should find your license and product code in the product information window.

What do you mean open a file? I opened my QB on my old system, clicked f12 and nothing popped up
