When trying to connect Quickbooks POS with Quickbooks Enterprise CA This message appears

(status code: 3180; status message: there was an error when saving a item sales tax list, element "pos sales tax". quickbooks error message: a tax vendor must be specified.; 140118: qb sales tax item lookup error: "pos sales tax".)

Is it possible to explain the solution to the problem?

They have discontinued QB POS. You can migrate data as Sales Receipt from QB POS into QB Desktop.

I know this, but the program is still confused by the American version. I want a tie with the Canadian version, is it possible?

The connector is disabled. You can use an importer tool if required.

As mentioned by 4Gal, the option to connect a U.S. POS system to QuickBooks Desktop Canada, is not available at this time. You can review third party apps, to select the best fit for your business needs at this time.
