im using network solution webmail host. how do i set up or link my web email in quickbook desktop?

Allow me to help you link your web mail in QuickBooks Desktop. You may follow the steps below depending on the web mail you wanted to connect.

 

To set up secure webmail:

 

  1. Click the Edit menu then Preferences.
  2. Go to Send Forms, and then choose Web Mail
  3. Press Add, then select your provider from the drop-down and enter your email address.
  4. Mark the Use Enhanced Security checkbox and press OK.
  5. When prompted, sign in to your Intuit account.

 

To set up webmail:

 

  1. Head to the Edit menu and select Preferences.
  2. Tap Send Forms.
  3. Choose Web Mail and Add.
  4. Fill out the Add Email Info and select OK.
  5. Press OK to save your changes.
