Manual mileage tracking does not tally km. It always says 0 km

Welcome to Community!  Tracking mileage in QuickBooks Online is a fantastic feature to track your trips from your device.  I'll he happy to assist!

To ensure your trips are being accurately calculated, make sure that auto-tracking is turned on in the app, by following the steps here.  Also keep in mind that if you're connected to a Wi-Fi hotspot, it may also cause issues while recording your trip.  For your reference, here's how to automatically track mileage in QuickBooks Online.
