Welcome to Community!  It's essential that you're able to provide T4's and T5018 summaries for your employees.  When processing payroll in QuickBooks Desktop, the associated forms will be available.  However, if you're not using the payroll module, the necessary forms won't generate.  I'd be happy to point you in the right direction for to help you with your QuickBooks goal.
