Hi 9130351968257986,

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online is a versatile program that helps you mange your books with ease.  I'll be happy to provide more details for manually uploading your daily sales, so you track your transactions and keep your records aligned.

When using a separate Point of Sale system you can enter a single sales receipt to record the total of your daily sales, by following the steps in this Guide.  With regards to the invoices, you can create an excel spreadsheet that can be imported into QuickBooks Online.  You can take a look at the requirements, when you download this sample spreadsheet.  When you're ready, here's how to upload the information:

1. Click on the Gear ⚙ in the top right and select Import data

2. Choose the Invoices tile

3. Hit Browse and select the spreadsheet for your invoices

Note: If you have new imported customers without setting its proper currency, QuickBooks assumes the currency is CAD. If you have multicurrency turned on, you can import invoices in foreign currencies.

4. Select Next

5. Map the column headers with invoice fields in QuickBooks

6. Choose Not applicable for any fields not in your spreadsheet
Note: If a product or service isn’t added, QuickBooks enters a generic item called "sales".

7. Select the date format that matches your spreadsheet

8. Enter Exclusive or Inclusive as your tax option

9. Hit Next

10. Review the summary of the import to ensure everything is in order and Start import

11. When the process if finished, select OK

Here's a helpful article for your reference to assist with importing multiple invoices at once in QuickBooks Online.

Please feel free to reach back out if you have any other questions.  We'd be glad to help!
