message i'm receiving saying that my desktop quickbooks is about to expire

I keep getting a message saying that my desktop will expire in ?? days.  I have downloaded updates, and I am still getting this message.  It is an auto withdraw, so it's not because it is not paid.

 

Is anyone else having this happen, and what did you do to fix it?
