Migrate from QBO to QuickBooks Desktop

Do you need to migrate data from QB Online CA version to QB Desktop CA version?

You may have 2 ways:

1. Utilize a migration tool. i.e TPExporter for Online and TPImporter for Desktop

Thanks for reaching out to Community.  QuickBooks Online has the export tool you need to successfully convert your data to QuickBooks Desktop.  I'd be happy to guide you.

Here's how to export your reports and lists:

1. Select the Gear ⚙ icon in the top right

2. Under Tools, choose Export Data

3. From the Reports tab, select the date range

4. From the Reports and Lists tabs toggle the slider to on

4. Hit Export to Excel
