Mileage Syncing QBO 2 Owners

Hello,

 

My business partner and I are using the mileage feature of Quickbooks, but cannot see each other's entries.  We mostly use Quickbooks Online through 2 different accounts. Can anyone provide advice as to how to merge the mileage?

Thanks for allowing us to help you with this mileage concern, @dhophesh1.

 

I can definitely share some insights about this feature you're looking for. At the moment, the system is unable to sync mileage between 2 different accounts. Each company has its own mileage tracker and we're unable to merge or import those data.

 

You have to log the mileage data manually in the program if you want to have the same information as the other account. Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online in a web browser.
  2. Click Apps then select Mileage.
  3. Tap Add trip.
  4. Enter the trip date, starting and ending locations, distance, and the purpose.
  5. Choose the vehicle you used, then press Save.
