missing T4 from QBO

I have one employee whose T4 is not printing or included in the T4 Summary from QBO.  He is exempt from CPP (age), EI (related party) and tax (not enough) but his earnings should still be reported on a T4 since they are over $500.  I can't see anything different in his settings than anyone else's.  He is included in the payroll summary as an employee. Thoughts?

To get started, I recommend double-checking to make sure your payroll taxes are set up correctly. I encourage you to check out the steps provided in this article here as they show you how to set up the taxes correctly for the employee in question. It's also important to make sure your employee is above 18 years of age as that could be a cause to the issue you've described.

He was under 18.  Why would that prevent a T4 slip from being prepared?

You should still be able to generate a T4 for the employee. Since this isn't the case, I recommend getting in touch with a payroll specialist for further assistance using the contact details above. Feel free to keep me posted on how you make out. I'll be here.
