mobile app has lost customers, expenses, sales. why? how do I correct this?

I opened the mobile app on my android phone today and QB was telling me that it could set me up.  My login worked so I know they know me but i had no customer list, no payees, no transactions, no expenses.

my bank balance was there but nothing else.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Based on the information you've provided, I recommend refreshing the app, or uninstalling and re-installing it.  In addition, I suggest logging into your QuickBooks Online account from a web browser to see if you get the same result.  If you experience the same outcome, please contact us, so we can look further into this from our end, and escalate it to our Development Team for further investigation, if needed.

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
