Mobile Quick Books App

I am trying to assign information to an expense receipt , the drop down menu that I have on my lap top isnt the same as the mobile app any more . I am missing alot of my drop down menu .Has there been a change ?

Thanks for reaching out to us here.  It's essential that you're able to accomplish your QuickBooks goals in a timely fashion.  I would be happy to help!

 

When accessing your QuickBooks Online account from a web browser, you should have access to all of the valuable features.  When using the mobile app, there are some limitations, a you may have noticed.  However, in your situation, I recommend clearing cache if you haven't done so already, as the browser may have an excessive amount of frequently accessed page resources, which can cause some errors and/or unexpected behavior.  I also suggest opening your QuickBooks Online account using another browser such as, Firefox, Edge, Google Chrome, Safari, or a private window.
