Is there any checkbox that we need to tick in QBO if employee have another employer and have done a TD1.

It's always a pleasure to see new faces in the Community, Welcome! Thanks for reaching out to us here. QuickBooks Online Payroll is a great feature that can help make running your business smoother. 

 

There isn't a box that needs to be checked in QuickBooks, even though your employee may have more than one employer. Every employer is responsable for their employees. This is to ensure accurate T4 slips, for every other place they are hired. Here is a helpful guide for Employers’ Guide – Payroll Deductions and Remittances.
