My app on iphone stopped allowing me to login. I uninstalled and reinstalled twice and cleared the cache from my phone. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Over the past several days, we've gotten a number of reports about issues with logging into the QuickBooks Self-Employed app, so you're not alone. What's happened is it seems a recent update to the app has caused an error for users and is preventing them from logging in even when using correct login information and after troubleshooting.   1. Go to qbo.ca.
  2. Hover over Sign In and select QuickBooks Self-Employed.
  3. Click the Assistant feature.
  4. Type and enter "talk to human" into the chat box.
  5. Follow the prompts.

Because of the number of users impacted by this issue, there is a wait time to speak with support.
