Hello gallaghera478,

It's awesome to hear that you've connected your bank to QuickBooks Online via the Banking tab. This feature is fantastic for easily entering your transactions into your books. Keeping an eye on the last time the program says the feed updated is good for making sure you have everything you need. When you're missing transactions though, that's where troubleshooting comes in. I'll get you started.

When you're certain there have been transactions to your bank account that haven't transferred over since the most recent available in QuickBooks, it could be an issue with the cache or other Internet data. QuickBooks Online is already a cloud platform that can be affected by these things, so when you add on top of that the bank connection which also relies on Internet connectivity, things can get lost along the way.

The first thing I recommend is clicking the Update button in the upper right of the Banking page. Even if your feed is saying it's up to date, this helps make absolutely sure that it is. If that doesn't work, here are some other troubleshooting steps you can try.

If after trying those you're still missing the transactions, feel free to touch base with QuickBooks Online support. An agent can take you through more troubleshooting steps and check in on the connection in back-end tools to see what might be happening.
