Question

My bank balance has stopped updating. It doesn't match my Quickbooks balance (which is correct). I manually download the bank transactions & upload them. Any help?

Hi there, 

 

It's important your bank balance matches your QuickBooks balance. I'm here to help and make sure your bank is updating the transactions in QuickBooks Online. 

 

The transactions should be showing especially after you've manually uploaded them. Rest assured, I'll help get to the bottom of this. First, I'd like to start off by doing some troubleshooting to determine if this isn't a browser related issue. When was the last time you cleared cache and cookies on your browser? Doing this will help fix most issues the site may be having. Here's an article which shows you how to do that: How to clear Cache and Cookies. 

 

Once done, you'll need to manually update your bank account to bring in the transactions to QBO. Here's how: 

 

  1. On the left navigation bar, click Banking.
  2. Go to Banking tab.
  3. Click Update.
