My city is not recognized in quickbooks, so every time I need to add something with my city i need to call tech support. anyone eles seen this?

Running your business with QuickBooks Online means that you'll stay so much more organized and efficient with your bookkeeping. It's important to be able to add and edit information as needed, and if QBO isn't recognizing your city, this can cause disruptions in your books. I'd be happy to shed some light on this for you. 

It's great to hear that you've reached out to our tech support team and were able to get assistance in resolving this. This sounds like a unique issue, and I'm not aware of any ongoing reports of this happening for other users. 

The best way to resolve this is to go through our support team, as they'll have the option to look at your exact account setup and make any necessary changes in the back-end. They'll also have the capability of reporting this to our engineers based on what they diagnose the problem to be.
