Question
My credit card account online shows different transaction dates than what QBO shows for those same transactions. How do I get QBO to re-download so the dates match?
Yesterday I logged into my QBO to review some transactions from my linked CC account. I was also logged into my CC account online to confirm the dates. The CC company had the dates posted differently hand when they had actually occurred. QBO had grabbed this data automatically because it's linked. I had recognized the discrepancy. Now, logging into my CC account I see the dates are updated and reflecting correctly. But QBO still shows the transactions with the previously incorrect dates. Can QBO resync and update to reflect the correct dates?
