Hi beaviapiano-hotm,

Great to hear that you want to stay with QuickBooks enough to research how to get your company file over QuickBooks Online and the requirements needed to move it. I can help point you in the right direction.

If you attempt to transfer the Company file and it comes back with an error that the file is to big to move you'll need to go through our data services team. Due to security reasons we can't create the ticket for you in community as this is an open forum and we'll need some information from you. I'd recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Desktop team to create this ticket for you. Here is a link to QuickBook Desktops hours of operation and contact number.

Have a great day!

As far as I know, the Condense Data utility is not available in QBD CA version. You may have 2 options:

1. Call and ask Intuit Data Service to help you. Make sure you have open a QBO account

2. Purchase a 3rd party condense service.

You may just be better off using a 3rd party to condense the data specifically for transfer to QBO. PM if you need any more information on how this works.
