My Labour DESCRIPTION is stretched vertically when I print and/or print preview. How do I fix this?

I know how important it is to have items print clearly and as expected. QuickBooks Online includes lots of ways to customize forms. Let me point you in the right direction to get the support you need on this.

Knowing what form or document you're looking at would help me to provide you with the best advice in this scenario. It sounds like you may be looking to print an invoice, and by labour you likely mean a service item that you're including on said invoice. If you're working with a custom invoice that you've imported, the formatting for this is all done in the original document.

You can find a guide for importing custom forms by navigating to the Gear icon, then selecting Custom form styles. Hit the New style dropdown and select Import style. Choose between Invoice or Estimate and then you'll see a blue hyperlink that'll allow you to Download import guide. This has all the info you need and should help you out with formatting and mapping difficulties you might come across. You can also consult with an IT professional or somebody who specializes in working with formatting in this way to ensure that everything is set up correctly in the original document.
