Question

My linked bank on the "Bank transactions" tab has an infinite loading spinner on it. The "Update" button is greyed out. If I re-link the same account, success but spins

Thanks for connecting with us here.  Welcome!  Having a constant looping, when trying to update your transactions in QuickBooks Online, can have a negative impact on your day.  It's essential that you're able to upload your transactions effortlessly.  I would be glad to help!

 

If you haven't done so already, I suggest clearing cache on your browser.  In addition, I recommend trying other browsers such as Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, Edge or a private/incognito window.  If you experience the same result, I encourage you to contact our Customer Care team at 1-855-253-1536 from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 AM and 8 PM EST.
