Hello nic351-hotmail-c,

It's awesome to hear that you've been working with the mileage tracking feature for QuickBooks Online and that it's been beneficial for your business. I'm here to help make sure that you're able to continue using this feature to keep track of trips for your work.

When you use the QuickBooks Online mobile app, automatically tracking mileage is as easy as turning the feature on and driving. Since it's stopped working for you, I'd like to start with troubleshooting to see about getting thing back in working order. The best thing you can do in this situation is uninstall and reinstall the mobile app and then reconfigure the automatic mileage tracking. This helps ensure that the app cache is clear, that the app is up to date, and that the feature can communicate properly with your device.

Once you've done that, go for another drive and see if the feature is once again working. If it's not, please don't hesitate to give our team a shout using one of the options below. A member of our support team will be able to troubleshoot further and determine the next steps for resolving this issue.

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
