My sale entry's will not save what do I do? it keep saying error support was no help at all

Hi kaylanels33-gmai,

 

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online is an exceptional cloud based software that allows you to complete your daily bookkeeping tasks from anywhere.  Your time is valuable and it's essential that you're able to save your work.  I'll be happy to help!

 

One of the key indicators when you can't save your entries, is your subscription.  You'll want to ensure your account is active.  If an event took place for which your account has been cancelled or the trial has ended, you won't be able to save anything until you're actively subscribed.  

 

Only the Primary Admin on the account has access to the subscription information.  Here's how to check the status:

 

1. Click on the Gear in the top right and select Account and settings

2. From the left, open Billing and subscription

3. Open Subscribe or Resubscribe

4. Enter the billing method be sure to hit Save and then Done

Now that the account is active you will be able to save your work!
