Hello hamed360,

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community! It's awesome that you're using QuickBooks Self-Employed to manage your work, and I want to make sure you're able to take advantage of all features, including the bank feed connection for your credit card. I'll get you started with troubleshooting and point you in the right direction.

Since QuickBooks Self-Employed is a cloud software, making sure that things like the cache aren't impacting the program is a big part of things running smoothly. A cache with too much temporary data can prevent things from working quite right in the program, so the first thing I recommend is taking care of that.

If you're working in a browser, here's an article that can help with clearing the browser cache: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks. You'll notice it's tagged for QuickBooks Online, but since we're focusing on the browser troubleshooting, you can also use the links provided in the article when working with Self-Employed as well. If you're using the mobile app, a simple uninstall and reinstall of the app should do the trick.

Give those a shot and see if they make a difference. If not, I invite you to connect with our support team outside of this forum. The team member will be able to gather details, such as your account information and what card connection you're having trouble with, to check on how things are looking from the back end and help you get back on track. Here's how you can get in touch.

  1. Select the Assistant feature.
  2. Type and enter "talk to human" in the chat box.
  3. Follow the prompts to reach support.

Wishing you the best with this!
