Need help converting from 2010 quickbooks desktop, their is no option to export to online on my old version.

You are not allow to migrate from unsupported version (2016 and older). You have to convert it gradually to one of the supported ones (2017-2020 version) prior migrating to QBO. You may call Support and ask Data Service for your migration enquiry. Otherwise, you have to purchase a 3rd party conversion service. Just my 2 cents.
