Need help to login my company account!

I can not login to my company account, your platform always show me problem "We can't find anyone with [email address removed]". Althrough I tried many times and check create account with same email

My Invoice number: 2300143686633


Please help

I encourage to contact our customer support team to take a closer look at your account to resolve this. You can refer to the following options to reach out to our customer support team. Here are the options available to contact our team. 

 

  • Phone: Call us at 1-855-253-1536 from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 AM and 8 PM EST.
  • Schedule a Callback: click (?)Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start.

I called support by phone and spent 1 hour with him not being able to resolve this issue!!! I had to use my personal email to create another account and post this request to you guys.

It's essential that you're able to access your QuickBooks Online account, so you can pick up where you left off.  Please follow this link to Recover your Intuit Account if you can’t sign in.  For additional assistance, you may prefer to choose one of these options, where you can send a DM to our Customer Care team;
