Negative credit card balance

I had to manually upload the payments I made on my credit card since my credit card company does not integrate with quickbooks. The balance is now in the negatives even though my credit card is fully paid.

 

So, after I used the pay down credit card feature to link the payments from my business basics account to my credit card. This worked but didn't change the balance of my credit card.

 

How do I bring my credit card balance to zero?
