No longer able to save transactions

Tonight I am no longer able to get the save and save and close buttons to work in QBo.  I have tried across several different company accounts and while I can enter all the other data I have no response when clicking the save buttons

Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser.

In this type of situation, we recommend clearing cache on your preferred browser and then log into your account with a private or incognito browser, to see if you get the same result.  This type of unexpected behavior can also be associated with user permissions for which it's best to reach out to your Administrator.  In addition, it can also be caused when an account falls inactive. Please check the account status by going to > Settings ⚙ > Account and settings > Billing and subscription
