Non-billable user type for employees who just submit receipts?

I am wondering if there is a non-billable role I can assign employees who only need to submit receipts.

Hi shawnfreeman-gma,

 

At this time, the option to add a user to your books, with access to submit receipts only, isn't available in QuickBooks Online.  I recommend reviewing this guide about User roles and access rights in QuickBooks Online.
