Not able to find customer custom fields to map to excel columns

Hi

Anyone can advise why cannot access the customer custom fields to map to excel fields for import.

 

1.customer centre created 2 custom fields.

2.when importing, cannot find the customer  custom fields to map to my excel columns.

 

Please advise. Thank you

Thanks for touching base with us here.  I would be glad to provide some information with regards to importing data in QuickBooks Desktop. 

 

At this time, the ability to import custom fields from Excel during the mapping process is unavailable.  I can understand the benefit of providing more mapping fields, and I encourage you to submit a suggestion to our Development Team.  As a workaround, you can manually add custom fields, once the data is imported to your account.
