Welcome to Community!  The QuickBooks Online mobile app is a great way to stay on top of your bookkeeping tasks from anywhere at any time.  However, you will notice some limitations.  I'd be happy to help!

 

If you haven't done so already, I suggest refreshing the app, or uninstall and then reinstall it, to ensure it's up to date.  If you experience the same outcome, log into your QuickBooks Online account from a web browser.
