Question

Nothing happens when I hit save in the company settings. I tried clearing the cache in chrome, I tried in the desktop app, no luck.

Welcome to Community!  Not being able to save your information in QuickBooks Online can be rather concerning.  I'd be glad to help!

 

Thank you for taking the time to perform some trouble shooting steps by clearing cache on your browser.  When you're unable to save information in your account, it would indicate that your subscription has fallen inactive.  When this happens, you'll have 'read only' access for one year.  In this situation I suggest following these steps to reactivate your account;

 

1. Log into QuickBooks Online as the Primary Admin

2. Open your Settings ⚙ and select Account and settings

3. Click on the Billing and subscription tab

4. Select Resubscribe, then enter your billing information

5. Review the information for accuracy and hit Resubscribe.

Your account has been reactivated, and you can now save your work.
