Open a Desktop Premier file in Premier Accountant and back?

Am I able to open my client's Desktop Premier 2024 file in my Desktop Premier Accountant 2024, work on it, then send it back to them to open and continue working in Desktop Premier? I'd like to avoid going the Accountant's Copy way if possible, so if it can be done this way, please let me know. Thanks!

It's great to have you reach out to us here. QuickBooks is a flexible program that's designed to help you streamline your work. I'll be glad to share more info so you're on the right track.

 

The program allows you to open your client's Desktop file so you can work on it and send it back so the client can continue working. Yes for sure. Ask them to send you the backup file (*.qbb) and restore it on your machine. Then ask them not to run QB until you send then a new backup file to restore on it.
