Option to pay with bank not available.

We sent an invoice to the client. And when they access the invoice link, there is no option to pay with bank. It's telling them to "You'll need to contact *company name* to pay this invoice.

 

Anyone who encountered this issue? How did you resolve it?

The Online Payments feature accepts the following cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Apple Pay. It's also important to note that all funds are processed in Canadian dollars. As a workaround, I suggest checking out PayPal integration or other Payment processing apps on our app store. These payment apps can be integrated with QBO using third-party apps which you can find on our site http://www.apps.com. Once you're on the site, you can enter the name of the payment app you're using or would like to use and hit search in order to see the results.
