I enabled Miscrosoft  2FA for all users today and cannot seem to email from QB anymore - help?

Being able to email through QuickBooks Desktop is a great way to save time while providing your clients with their invoices. I'd be happy to help you with this.

 

QuickBooks Desktop lets you sync to your outlook automatically if its installed on the same computer. When setting up your email there are a few things that can prevent QuickBooks from connecting to your email. One of those things would be security settings. Some settings prevent the email QuickBooks sends to it to be sent out through the provider. You'd need to create an App password in your Microsoft Office program to connect. Once you have the password you'll need to set up the Outlook email through webmail by following the steps in this article.
