Pay Taxes & Other Liabilities

Good afternoon all,

I have QB Desktop Pro 2020 with Enhanced Payroll.  When I enter a payroll check, the payroll tax liabilities are not showing up in the "Pay Taxes & Other Liabilities" window so that I can see what is scheduled/coming due.  Any ideas as to what I can check?  The liabilities are showing when I print a Payroll Liability Balances Report.

Hi KShackleford,

 

It's great to see that you are reaching out in the QuickBooks Community with your questions. QuickBooks Desktop has a comprehensive payroll module, and I want to be sure we're on the same page. When you're looking at the "Pay Taxes & Other Liabilities" window, are you referring to the one that says payment history? If so, this screen will show the payments you've made and not the ones that are coming up. If you click on Pay Liabilities and input the date, you'll see the due amounts or coming due.
