Hello again ursulablake,

It's great to hear from you again, although it looks to me like you may be having the same or a similar issue as the last time you reached out to us here in the QuickBooks Community. I see you had posted about not being able to print paystubs, and I want to make sure that you're able to get this taken care of.

On your last question, my colleague had shared with you the steps on how to print paycheques, and it looks to me like that's where you are now, but when you click the Print button, nothing happens. There could be a number of things going on here, and I'd like to start with some troubleshooting.

Since QuickBooks Online works in the cloud, it can be impacted by Internet-based things like a full cache, pop-up blockers, and so forth. Checking for pop-up blockers is particularly useful when printing as QuickBooks often opens items to print in a new window to preview the transaction first. The following troubleshooting steps can help narrow down where the issue may be coming from. Please go through these one at a time, trying to print again after each one.

If you're still not able to print the paycheques after going through these steps, I encourage you to connect with our support team outside of the QuickBooks Community forum so that we can take a closer look at this with you.

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.

It's important to me that this feature is working correctly, so don't hesitate to give us a shout to work with us toward a resolution.

Take care.
