Payroll error message "something's not right, we're not able to connect right now " for the past three days. Why is this happening?

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online Payroll is a dynamic module for paying your employees on time.  It's vital that you're able to process payroll as scheduled without error.  I'd be happy to steer you in the right direction so you can accomplish your goals.

 

If you haven't done so already, I recommend clearing cache on your browser and then log into your QuickBooks account from a private or incognito browser.  If you get the same result, try other browsers such as Safari, Edge, Firefox or Google Chrome.
