Payroll error when trying to set up-sorry, we have encountered a problem! something went wrong. please try again and I have to client got it. is someone able to help me

I am able to set up employees personal information but nothing else, and I am unable to run payroll - please help I do have payroll due this week

it's vital that all your payroll information be correctly entered into the system in order to run payroll. QuickBooks Online Payroll is a great tool able to help you calculate deductions and company contributions on payroll so you know the amount that is owed to the government for remittances. Thank you for already getting your client to try to enter this info as well. One possible cause we have to rule out would be browsing data stored on your system. These temporary files can accumulate in your browser, computer or network and affect your navigation in any internet-based programs like QuickBooks Online. here are some steps to resolve any issues caused by browsing data:

They'll be able to verify your account info in a secure setting in order to see how your account is set up, provide some further troubleshooting steps as well as notify our engineers if necessary.
