payroll not in reconcile page

My payroll is not showing up on my reconciliation page. It has obviously been done and posted other places.  How do I get it to post so I can reconcile?

There are a few reasons why the payroll transactions are not showing, Celeeeeene.

 

Here are they:

  • It was posted to a different bank account.
  • The transactions are dated on or before the reconciliation date.
  • They are already reconciled.

We will check where the payroll transactions are posted by going to the register. If it was posted to a different bank account, you'll have to delete and recreate the paycheques. Make sure to use the correct bank account and the enter the correct date. 

 

You can also check from there if they're already reconciled or not. If the status is R, it means they're already reconciled.
