payroll tab

On the overview tab under payroll, there is a box that says "oh snap something went wrong on our side, try refreshing the page" I do refresh the page but nothing happens.    what should the payroll page look like? 

I just want to make sure I am viewing all the fields properly

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online Payroll is a dynamic way to pay your staff with peace of mind.  I'll be happy to provide more information so you can accomplish your QuickBooks goals!

 

The Payroll Overview is a great way to review your work at a glance.  It will provide you with a To Do List, allow you to Setup Tasks, provide shortcuts and insight on new features.  With the error message you're seeing, I recommend clearing cache on your browser.  If you get the same error, try another browser such as Firefox, Safari, Google Chrome, Edge, Private or Incognito.

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
