Paystub Emails Not Going Through

We are having issues with employees getting their paystub emails. Some get it, some don't. The ones that don't get them, were getting the emails up until 11/22/23 but have not received an email since that date. I personally looked through their email folders & they were not there, right after I emailed them. Is there a fix?

Thanks for reaching out about your employee's payroll. QuickBooks Desktop Payroll is a great tool able to help you pay your employees for the hours they've worked for your company. I can point you in the right direction for assistance with paystubs not getting sent to employees.

 

For assistance with pay sheets not being emailed to your employees, I recommend reaching out to the QuickBooks Desktop support team. They'll be able to view your setup with you in a secure setting in order to help you make sure these employees receive their paystub. You can reach them using the methods provided in the QuickBooks Desktop software support policies
