Percentage of Completion Quickbooks Options?

I started a new job at a small company that uses Quickbooks Online/Quickbooks desktop.  I am seeking guidance on how to set up Revenue Budgets and Cost Budgets so Revenue/COGS is calculated utilizing Percentage of Completion Accounting.  Would love to run a dashboard that has Rev Budget/Cost Budget/Project to Date Revenue/Project to Date Cost/Cost Budget Remaining etc.?  Thanks.
