Please tell me why I am receiving an error or 404 when I go to open payments for every agency on my quickbooks. I have never received this before?

I appreciate you reaching out. I'd be happy to give you a hand with the error message you're getting. 

 

When was the last time you cleared cache and cookies on your browser? Doing this will help clear out most error messages on your browser. Here's a link to an article which shows you how to clear cache and cookies: https://community.intuit.com/articles/1771580. After doing that, try opening the open payments page again.
