Pop up when opening quickbooks

When quickbooks is opened or I move around quickbooks,  ie  vendors a pop up for Quickbooks online opens with a phone number.   It is giving me two options, one to later or try it yourself.  I don't want this.  How can I stop it.

Welcome back to the Community. I'll be happy to show you how to turn off the pop-up notifications so you can continue to navigate the program with peace of mind. 

 

Here's how to turn off product and service pop-up:

 

  1. Open your QuickBooks and go to Edit menu.
  2. Select Preferences.
  3. Then choose General on the left-side panel.
  4. Click the My Preferences folder.
  5. Check the box next to Turn off popup messages for products and services.
  6. Once done, click OK.

Make sure to restart your QuickBooks so the change can take effect after following the steps above. Let.
