how do i add a cutomers postal code  instead of zipcode??

You've come to the right place for help. I'd be glad to steer you in the right direction.

 

Based on what you've described, it sounds like you're using the United States version of QuickBooks. If you'd like to use the Postal Code option, you'll have to register for a Canadian QBO. This is a one time charge from my Canadian customer.  i don't want to install a who new program and also he is paying in US dollars.

I see what you're saying. Since you're using the US version of QuickBooks Online, I'd recommend reaching out to their support team for help with this. The capabilities of the program and the options for data entry may be different. Here's how to contact them: Contact QuickBooks US.
