Pre-approved amount / customer's budget

Hi,

I am wondering if there is away to add a budget for our customers? We have some customers that have pre-approved amounts, I am looking for a way to enter that amount so we will can see how much of it is remaining once we starting invoicing the customer. Does anyone know if this is possible or some sort of work around?

Welcome to Community!  Having the ability to create and track a budget for your valued customers is a dynamic idea!  I can see how customers would benefit significantly from this, to assist with caring for their customers on a more personal level.  However, this currently isn't available in QuickBooks Online.  I strongly encourage you to submit a suggestion to our Development Team for future updates and product enhancements.  In the interim, you can track your customer budget using an excel spreadsheet, or review other available options with third party apps.
