Previous Reconciliation displaying in internal QB browser window in landscape mode

Up until recently, when I printed a Previous Reconciliation, it would open the normal white pages it does when you print a normal reconciliation.  However, now when I click on Display, the previous reconciliation sheets open in landscape mode in QB's internal browser window.  I do not want them in landscape mode, I want them in portrait mode and I have searched high and low for a way to stop this behaviour, and get it back to opening normally like it used to.  Has anyone else come across this and if so, were you able to stop it opening in the browser?

Thanks for reaching out about your reconciliation reports. QuickBooks Desktop is a great tool able to help you keep track of transactions made in the accounts, and has the reconcile tool so you can verify your work. I can point you in the right direction for assistance with this happening when opening a previous reconciliation.

 

For assistance with this report appearing different when seen in the in-software browser, I recommend reaching out to the QuickBooks Desktop support team. They'll be able to analyze this with you in the system to see why it's showing up differently specifically for previous reconciliations, to be able to provide further assistace to get this resolved. You can reach them using the methods outlined in the Intuit Canada QuickBooks Desktop software support policies.
