Hi there adesamuel1-gmail,

Making sure to account for all your transactions is an important part of your bookkeeping. QuickBooks Self-Employed makes it easy to see your business's finances. I can assist you in getting those previous transactions.

When connecting a bank to Quickbooks Self-Employed, only a certain amount of transactions can be uploaded. For those prior transactions, the way to get them into Quickbooks Self-Employed would be to download a CSV file from your bank's website containing the transactions. You'd then go to the Transactions tab, and select the drop-down next to the Connect account button. Choose the Import account options, then click on the Import transactions hyperlink. You can then find the file you downloaded in your computer and import those transactions. Here's an article that outlines the process to import transactions from a CSV file.
