Welcome to the Community Angela!

I can see how printing your customer's address directly onto an envelope would save you a ton of time and help you get back to doing what you love. There isn't a way to print to an envelope directly from QuickBooks, but luckily QuickBooks Online makes it easy to export your data so that you can manipulate it and print it. Let me go over how to do that.

To export your customer list to Excel, including addresses and any other info you've included in your customer profiles, please follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Sales tab from the left menu.
  2. Open the Customers page.
  3. Select the icon with an arrow that's located above the Action column, between the printer icon and the small gear icon.

Once you've followed the steps above, an Excel document will begin to download. We don't provide support for the next steps, but I found an article that provides step-by-step instructions to help you print your customer addresses directly to envelopes if you're using Excel or Microsoft Word: Printing Envelopes Using Excel and Word. If you need additional support, Microsoft likely provides customer support and I encourage you to reach out.
